Fill out the contact form on our website here or you can email us at [email protected]. You can also call us at (415) 678-0707 to book your charter or if you have additional questions. Once your contract has been signed, your charter date is booked.
Our basic charter is 3 hours, but additional hours can be added.
We have several routes that we enjoy and we are excellent at finding calm water. If you would like to further explore ideas for your charter, please see the ‘Charters & Services’ tab on our website or click here.
We accept all major credit cards and/or cash.
We generally collect the entire payment upfront. If your charter is more than 3 months out, we can collect 50% at that time and the remainder is collected one month before your charter date.
We do not accept cancellations and charter fees are nonrefundable, once the contract is signed. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. If Just Dreaming Yacht Charters has to cancel due to inclement weather or mechanical issues, we will have to reschedule you for another day.
Just Dreaming Yacht is currently licensed by the US Coast Guard to carry 49 passengers (excluding crew).
All ages are welcome and we have life vests for infants, children, and adults.
Yes, but all guests must be able to walk up and down a flight of 10 stairs. We cannot accommodate wheelchairs and our bathroom is not ADA compliant.
We only allow registered service dogs, with accompanying paperwork, on board.
No, we are not licensed as a fishing vessel.
Yes, we have a full bar and we are happy to accommodate special requests within reason.
Only wine and champagne is permitted to be brought on board by guests and is subject to a corkage fee
Yes, we have an outside caterer that we can directly connect you with to develop a menu within your budget for on board meals/snacks.
Yes, you can bring your own food on board and our crew will provide service to set it up, serve it, and clean up afterwards. There is no additional charge for this service.
The dock is located next to Oracle Park (Giants Stadium) and there are plenty of paid parking lots in the area.
Yes, public transportation in the area includes Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Caltrain, SF Muni, trolley cars, or private ride shares (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc.)
In order to ensure you can enjoy your full charter, we ask that all guests arrive at the dock no later than 15-30 minutes (depending on the party size) before your scheduled departure time. We are required to conduct a safety meeting, once everyone is present, before the charter can get underway. Once the safety meeting is complete, you will receive a tour of the boat and have time to secure your belongings.
